A warm welcome, for the first Yeti tribe gathering on Canadian soil! You’ll be heading back to summer camp, in beautiful Squamish BC. Hosted by Yeti dealer and tour operator Arbutus Routes, based out of Whistler.
Squamish is home to a world-class trail network, renowned for the west coast tech and big features. Part of the Sea-to-Sky corridor, Squamish marks one of the four distinct riding zones between North Vancouver and Pemberton. A dense temperate rainforest plays host to unique technical terrain, with lush forests and an epic mix of singletrack.
Haven’t really heard of Squamish? Check out Yeti’s feature ‘Hitching the Coastal loop’, or simply watch Ritchie shredding part of our planned Tribe ride loop.
Our feature ride will be a Squamish ‘mega-loop’ covering 30km and 1780m climbing (20mi, 5900’ climbing). We’ll be taking in some of the best trails that the region has to offer; you’ll experience classic BC tech singletrack, world class machine built flow trails, and unique rock and wood features; all professionally led by our guide team.
For those Beti riders in attendance; we’ll be hosting an optional women’s Beti group. The Arbutus Womens Ambassador team will be leading the charge, taking on the same loop and providing some friendly trail tips and coaching along the way.
Sunday will kick-off with a difficult decision. Easy or Hard, Spin or Mash, Flow or Tech… Choose your flavor, with our “Sunday Chill” or “Sunday Slabfest” loop options.
Our Sunday Flow groups will take in the amazing Squamish flow trails, keeping it fast and flowing for a great Sunday recovery ride; though there will still be plenty of pedaling involved. Our Sunday Slabs groups will step it up a notch, heading out with our lead guides for our favorite Squamish Slabfest. Discover the steep and rowdy side of the Squamish trails, test your skills or bring your walking shoes.
Our basecamp will be hosted at Camp Summit, an outdoor summer camp catering to those young at heart and in need of adventure. Located 25min out of Squamish, there will be full facilities and dorm style accommodations for all. With plenty of food and activities in camp, we’ll provide shuttle transport our ride days, along with optional Vancouver and Whistler transfers either side of the event.
Surrounded by stunning mountain vistas you’ll completely forget your digital ways. Our camp is located out of reach for most devices, so kick back and enjoy some outdoor time.
Can’t get enough of the riding in BC, or want to turn a weekend into a week long adventure? Join us for one of our ultimate singletrack tours, pre or post tribe. Exclusive to tribe attendees, we’ll be hosting a 3-day edition of our Ultimate Singletrack multi-day tour as an optional add-on.
Extend your visit to the Sea-to-Sky corridor with two days of guided Singletrack in the bike mecca of Whistler, followed by a day riding the stunning terrain of Pemberton.
Hosted for 3days, either before or after; these trips will be full of riding, with your guides meeting at your accommodation each morning for a full day of epic singletrack. We’ve left the accommodation options open, so you can choose your pick from the vast number of Whistler hotels, B&B’s or campgrounds.
Make sure to grab a guide to make the most of your extra days riding. Our professionals will make sure you get plenty of ride time on the best trails, making your Whistler experience perfect.
