During our four-day Trudeau Foundation Summer Institute, we wanted to include at least one outdoor activity in the afternoon if only to allow our participants to discover Whistler’s stunning beauty by themselves. Arbutus Routes were not only essential in setting up the right outdoor activity for a wide range of participants with different hiking and biking capacities, but organized the entire trip in a very efficient, kind and clear way. Once on their bikes and in their hiking boots, all participants were unanimous in their evaluation of this day: highly professional and kind guides, well informed, great routes, with appropriate amount of time and explanation at their hands, which helped to make this short outdoor adventure a great souvenir for all. How relaxed it was; how there were always opportunities to hike or participate in various activities; but nothing was mandatory; the sky camp was a beautiful place; the service was perfect; everything was always taken care of to a tee; delicious food, the guides (Matt Delany and Stephan Guenette) were very kind, super informative; basically everything

Ryan was great. He had a lot of energy, very positive and fun. I've been on three adventure trips. All the guides have been very good, but Ryan is the best guide we have had. Ryan and Katy were a great pair. Food preparation and attention to detail were great.
Their attitude and professionalism is what made this trip so great. Without them I don't think I would have had such a great time.
This was my first camping experience and I absolutely enjoyed myself. Everything was better than I thought it would be from the food to the activities. Our group and trip leaders worked and communicated very effectively with each other. I have been telling everyone since the trip ended that this is something they should do. I am usually negative about exercise activities but I will be doing them more often because of this trip.
