Pricing:

We Provide:
Bottled water, snacks, all permits and insurance, event staff, set-up, teardown and management of the event.

You Bring:
Clothing appropriate for the weather and athletic or comfortable shoes.

Dates:
Ask us for available dates.

Length of Event:
2 to 4 hours. May be shortened or extended based on inclusions.

OPTIONS:

-Higher-end bikes: $10.00/person additional

-Mountain Bike Olympic Games: $15.00/person

-Interactive DJ (4 hours): $750.00 (overtime: $125.00/hr)

-Kids' helmets: $15.00 per helmet

-Local celebrity to support your efforts: call us for a quote


"Build a Bike" is the way for your group to give back to the community. Teams will build boys and girls bikes for children who will cherish them for a long time. Arbutus Routes will provide each team with a brand new Norco ZX80, with all the necessary tools to assemble it.

Upon completion of the event, we will conduct a full safety check to ensure that each bike is safe and ready for riding. We will also deliver the bikes to the charity of choice. Even better, with advance notice, we will bring the children to you, and YOU will present your gift to them. We will take a picture of each team, with the bikes, and frame it for posterity!
